Yes, it is possible.

In ACTY'S, “Constraint” can be used to represent the execution order for Tasks and their dependencies. 

Example:

When activity A is finished, activity B can be started

When activity A is started, activity B can also be started

It is expressed as an arrow connecting Bars in BarChart Area of ACTY'S.

Types of Constraint

There are four types of Constraints as follows:
