ACTY'S can manage human resources in the following ways.

• The human resources (Resources) required for the project can be registered and managed in Resource Master.

• You can assign the required human resources (Resources) names and workload to each activity.

• The resource required amount allocated to the activity is displayed on Histogram, and the load status of each human resources can be visualized.

If the total value of the assigned workload exceeds the set Resource Availability, the excess portion is displayed in red allowing you to visually understand the overloaded state.

• In “By Resource View”, you can check and adjust the activities assigned to each Resource.

• You can change the human resources you want to assign by moving the Bar to a Row with a different Resource Name.
• You can make adjustments such as leveling while checking the availability of each resource.

By moving the date of the Activity or changing the human resource to be assigned, you can perform load adjustment and reschedule while checking the load status in real time on the Histogram to create a feasible bar chart. 
You can also increase your operation rate by adjusting your task allocation to fill unoccupied time.
